/ Dealer Agreement
Thank
you for your interest in distributing Vivid books and merchandise!
We hope to provide books and stories that are unique to
the comic community, and we're excited that you have an
interest in offering our titles. Listed below is the current
retail discount we are able to offer, as well as several
other conditions. Please read through this material, and
then continue on to the ordering page.
Due
to Vivid's independent status and financial situation, our
current retailer discount is 25% off the cover price. (A
$19.95 book can be bought for $14.96.) We recognize that
this discount is lower than the industry standard, and understand
if any dealers and retailers cannot operate within these
financial terms. We are working on expanding Vivid Publishing
to facilitate standardized discounts, but until then we
can only offer our 25%. Our gratitude is extended towards
any who are currently willing to work with us in light of
these circumstances.
Any
orders placed by retailers and distributors within the United
States will receive free shipping. Books and orders will
be shipped upon receipt of full payment and availability.
For foreign distribution, please contact us by e-mail prior
to placing your order to discuss shipping terms. Vividpublishing@gmail.com.
If we have no books in stock, we will contact you and notify
you of our wait time for the printer. You may choose to
wait and recieve the books when they become available, or
to have your purchase refunded.
Vivid
Publishing may not be able to accept returns on shipped
orders, once again due to our financial state. If you have
stock from us and wish to return it, please contact us to
discuss the possibility. However, we cannot guarantee our
ability to refund returns. We would encourage prospective
dealers and retailers to order quantities of books estimated
as saleable.
Vivid
guarantees the quality of its' books and merchandise. If
you receive any product that arrives damaged, defective,
or possessing a misprint of any kind, return it to us with
an explanatory note within 14 days of your receipt of the
product. We will reimburse you for the shipping expense,
and replace or refund your purchase.
Vivid
Publishing is not liable for catastrophic injury and emotional
damage resulting from receipt of our merchandise, including
but not limited to: Paper cuts, eye strain, ink poisoning,
and severe allergic reactions to paper and paper products.
